You don’t really need the gym…

Ladies & gents,we all know that weight is an issue around the world and working out is ussually the last resort to people that really have to be working out,well I have great news for you…very phatty great news. The recent study that was conducted at Aberdeen University by lead researcher Stuart Gray shows that a 2 and a half minute intense workout is as effective as a 90 minute workout at the gym,this gets to show that we don’t really need the gym/spending hours in the gym. Not only that,the recent study also shows that a 2 minute sprint is as effective as a 30 minute jog. Now there’s no excuse of being unhealthy & chubby this summer…let’s get working out people!! *peace*
